- Landscape installations may require a deposit before scheduling.
- Remaining balances are due upon completion of the work.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees permitted under applicable law.

5. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property.
Please ensure:
- Gates are unlocked.
- Pets are secured.
- Vehicles are moved away from work areas.
- Children's toys, hoses, and personal belongings are removed from service areas.
We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible work areas.
6. Underground Utilities
Before excavation work begins, utility locating services will be requested when required.
Customers are responsible for identifying privately installed items that are not marked by utility locating services, including but not limited to:
- Invisible dog fences
- Landscape lighting wire
- Private electrical wiring
- Private water lines
- Septic systems
- Drain lines
- Cable or irrigation installed by others
Preston's Lawn Care Services, LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked private utilities.
7. Plant Material
Living plants are natural products.
While we install healthy, quality plant material, we cannot guarantee long-term survival due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Weather
- Drought
- Excessive rainfall
- Improper watering
- Disease
- Insects
- Wildlife damage
- Soil conditions
- Customer neglect
Unless specifically stated in writing, no plant warranty is provided.
